Saucy Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cups Birds Eye Seven Vegetable Stir Fry (or any preferred stir-fry mix)
- 1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy (Heinz)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 cups white rice, cooked (brown can be substituted)
Directions
- Heat sesame oil in large skillet.
- Start cooking rice according to directions on package.
- Stir-fry meat and ginger in skillet, remove.
- Stir fry vegetables in oil (add more if required) until tender-crisp.
- Return meat to skilled, mix with vegetables, gravy, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Serve meat/vegetable mix onver rice.
