Saucy Maple Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork chop, 3/4 inch thick
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Brown the pork chops in a skillet in oil.
- Place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
