  1. Remove bone from turkey but not the skin.
  2. Melt butter in shallow roasting pan in oven and roll turkey in the butter.
  3. Place turkey skin side up. Insert thermometer into thickest part of meat.
  4. Sprinkle turkey with pepper. Pour water around turkey in pan and sprinkle with minced onion.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees faranheit about 45 min, once done and tender.
  6. Remove turkey onto platter.
  7. Pour juices into skillet.
  8. Heat to boiling and whishking constantly simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 cup.
  9. Whisk in the ham, sour cream and msutard. Spoon over turkey and return to baking pan. Bake 15 minute longer or until sauce is "set".
  10. Sprinkle with parsley and slice thinly to serve.
