Saturday Night Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion, plus
- 1 teaspoon chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Combine the mashed yolk with the mayonnaise, steak sauce, mustard, onion, jalapeños peppers, and sugar.
- Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the whites evenly with the mixture; may garnish with chopped red onion or chopped jalapeño peppers.
