Satan's Seafood Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed onion
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons salsa de habaneros or 2 teaspoons bottled hot sauce
- 1⁄4 cup brandy
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
