Satan's Seafood Sauce

No, no.. You put it ON the seafood.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon  crushed onion
• 1  tablespoon tarragon vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  garlic salt
• 2  teaspoons  salsa de habaneros or 2  teaspoons  bottled  hot sauce
• 1⁄4 cup brandy

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes.
4. Remove from heat and cool.
