Ingredients
- 1 dozen hard-boiled egg, peeled and sliced in half
- 1 (4 1/4ounce) sardines, drained chopped
- 1 shallot, diced finely
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
garnish
- fresh parsley
Directions
- Mash egg yolks with rest of ingredients except parsley.
- Stuff into egg whites.
- Top with chopped parsley.
