Sarasota's Sweet, Spicy & Saucy BBQ Mayonnaise

Great on burgers, chicken or shrimp sandwiches, or pretty much any sandwich. I love the combination because it definitely has a sweet component, the chipotle gives it a "bite, " and it taste like BBQ sauce. It is just a simple quick sauce to make. I can't tell you how often I get asked for my "special sauce." I serve this with my Bacon in the Burger, Smoky Gouda and Spicy BBQ Mayo which a favorite at BBQ's. But just don't think burgers, think turkey sandwich with onion, tomatoes, and avacado, or roast pork with shredded cabbage and caramelized onions, etc. Endless list. Have fun with it! Show more
