Sarasota Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 6 ounces small to medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Chop shrimp finely, then mash with a fork.
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
- Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
