Sara's Lamburgers

Ingredients
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons mint jelly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil, extra
Directions
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together, and form into 6 burgers.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or on the BBQ and cook each side until browned.
- When cooked, place in a dish and cover with foil to keep them warm. Split the buns in half, and brush with olive oil. Place face down on the pan or grill, and cook until the bread is toasted brown.
- Serve burgers on buns with baby spinach & tomato.
