Sarah's Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 1⁄3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 2 1⁄3 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then add wet to dry ingredients. Mix until all wet. Pour into 9 x 9 greased pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
