Sarah's Strawberry Shortcake Surprise

My 4 year old daughter came up with this recipe. We tried it, and it was really great! A real kid pleaser that adults will like too.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 6  small  shortcakes (mini)
• 12  Oreo cookies
• 2  cups  sliced strawberries
•  whipped cream or  Cool Whip
•  chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions

1. Place mini shortcakes on separate plates.
2. Crumble 2 Oreo cookies on top of each shortcake.
3. Top with strawberries.
4. Add whipped cream or Cool Whip.
5. Add a few more strawberries.
6. Top with chocolate shavings.
7. Serve immediately.
