Sara Lou's Hot Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat sour cream, cream cheese and mexican cheese blend in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (she used a deep dish pie dish).
- Bake 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with corn tortilla chips.
