Sandy’s Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups zucchini
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup oil
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄3 cup roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until thick and foamy.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Gently stir into zucchini mixture and mix until just blended.
- Fill two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 60 minute.
