Yields: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons nam pla
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped finely
Directions
- Deskin and deseed each tomato, chopping the remaining flesh finely. Put into a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow to marinate for a minimum of two hours before serving.
