Salsa Mac and Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 3⁄4 cups water
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions
- Brown meat and drain.
- In another pan, mix salsa and water and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
- Simmer about ten minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Add velveeta and beef and stir until velveeta is melted.
