Salsa Fresca

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 bunch fresh cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 -12 roma tomatoes (seeded)
- 2 jalapenos (seeded)
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1 onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (For a chunkier salsa, you can chop some things by hand and add them after the other ingredients have been combined).
