Salsa for One

Yields: 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 3 ripe roma tomatoes
- 3 cilantro stems, with leaves
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 peeled and sliced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
Directions
- Put all ingredients except red onions and green onions in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into an air tight container and add green and red onions.
- Stir salsa and close your container.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
