Salsa Burger Club

Ingredients
- 2 Morningstar Farms spicy black bean burgers
- 3 slices whole-grain bread
- 1⁄4 cup mesclun
- 3 tablespoons salsa
For the Spread
- 4 teaspoons light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (your favourite kind, I use Frank's Red Hot)
Directions
- Toast the slices of bread without butter in a toaster or toaster over until VERY lightly browned.
- In a small cup, mix the cream cheese and hot sauce (to taste) together until completely blended.
- Wet a paper towel completely with water and lay on a microwave-safe plate. Place the frozen burger patties on the paper towel and fold it once over them so they are sandwiched. Microwave for 35 seconds.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture thick onto each black bean burgers.
- Build the sandwich so the layers (from top to bottom) are as follows: Bread, Mesclun, Burger, Bread, Salsa, Burger, Bread.
