Ingredients
- 14 cups chopped tomatoes
- 3 cups chopped onions
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 9 tablespoons cornstarch
- 6 ounces tomato paste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Cook on stove until the mix boils.
- Either cool and serve or can in jars in a hot water bath for 20 minutes.
