Salmon With Mustard Crust

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs salmon
- 3 -4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or to taste)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay Salmon skin down on tin foil.
- Spread garlic over entire fish flesh.
- Generously spread mustard over garlic.
- Place in oven 15-20 minutes.
- Broil the last couple of minutes for extra crisp.
