Salmon Seafood Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (210 g) can pink salmon
- 1 (250 g) packet light cream cheese
- seafood cocktail sauce
- lettuce leaf
Directions
- Using a knife mix together salmon and philly cheese.
- Press into a bowl and refrigerate til firm.
- Shred lettuce and place on a serving plate, forming a bed.
- Turn dip out onto the lettuce bed.
- Spread seafood cocktail sauce over to cover.
