Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 (5 ounce) tomatoes, sliced
- 1 (2 1/2ounce) pink salmon, Chicken of the Sea vacuum packaged
- 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup pecan pieces, broken
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions
- Mix together the salmon and greek yogurt. Make a bed of the spinach and tomato. Top that with the salmon mixture. Sprinkle the top of the salmon mixture with the salt, pepper and pecans.
