Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb salmon
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 lemon
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 5 asparagus
- 10 olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄4 cup red onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Remove skin from Salmon.
- lightly brush with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Broil fish for 5 minutes on foil lined broiler pan.
- cover fish with another sheet of foil and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- blance the asparagus.
- Chop the garlic, onion and slice the olives.
- And the cooked salmon, capers, tomatoes, aspargus, garlic, onions, and olives.
