Salmon Puff

  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Place 1 cup croutons in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup salmon and 1 cup cheese over croutons.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Beat eggs and blend in milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and salt.
  6. Pour over salmon mixture.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Microwave on high 8-10 minutes.
  9. Microwave at 70% power 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
  10. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
