Salmon Patties - Dairy Free

A nice light lunch recipe, or have with a nice fresh salad for dinner.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2ounce) can salmon
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup  chopped onion
  • 12 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs
  • 1  teaspoon lemon

Directions

  1. Drain salmon and flake.
  2. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Saute gently in a small amount of vegetable oil or margarine.
  4. Turn until nicely brown on both sides.
