Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 15  ounces salmon, canned
  • 12 large onion, diced
  • 1  rib celery, diced
  • 1  clove garlic, minced
  • 34 cup  puffed rice cereal
  • 1  egg white
  • 1  teaspoon mustard
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. saute onions, garlic, and celery until softened.
  2. add to the salmon.
  3. add egg, cereal, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. refrigerate at least an hour.
  5. form into patties and grill, 7 minutes per side.
