- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- kosher salt
- 3 drops lemon juice
Directions
- The fastest Salmon recipe:.
- Put a layer of kosher salt( about 2 cm.) in a frying pan and lay.
- 4 pieces of Salmon (dryed) with skin down on the salt.
- Put a few drops of lemon on the Salmon and cover
- it with a lid.
- Cook for ten minutes onlyon a medium heat.
- (otherwise it will dry out).
- Skin of Salmon sticks to the salt.
- Take it carefully out of the frying pan.
- It is soo good and tasty!
