Salmon Marinade with Dill, Butter and Lemon

Yields: 1 pound of salmon
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 -3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons dill weed
- lemon pepper seasoning, to taste
- 1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb steak
Directions
- In a saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice and dill weed.
- Coat 1/2 salmon with mixture.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper and grill, skin side down.
- Brush with remaining mixture while grilling.
