Salmon Dijonnaise

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Place salmon on baking tray.
- Blend all sauce ingredients.
- Smooth on slamon.
- Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes at 180°C.
