Salmon Cakes

My own version

Yields: 4 patties

Ingredients

  • salmon cake

  • 34 lb salmon, skinned
  • 1  tablespoon  teriyaki sauce
  •  pepper
  • 1  tablespoon onion powder
  • 1  tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon ginger
  • 14 cup  seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1  tablespoon  london house hoagie  hot pepper
  • 1  small leek
  • 1  ear of cooked corn

Directions

  1. Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef. . Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion. In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft. In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek . Mix well form 3 to four patties. In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
