Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

- 3⁄4 lb salmon, skinned
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon london house hoagie hot pepper
- 1 small leek
- 1 ear of cooked corn
Directions
- Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef. . Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion. In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft. In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek . Mix well form 3 to four patties. In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
