Salmon and Green Onion Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained and broken up
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground white pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onions and garlic. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Scrape mixture into a bowl and set aside to cool.
- Gently squeeze salmon to remove excess moisture. Add to cooled onion mixture. Stir in yogurt, salt, pepper to taste, and cumin.
