Sally's Gingersnaps

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup mild molasses
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into 1 1/2" balls.
- Roll balls in sugar.
- Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Press in the center of the ball with 2 fingers to slightly flatten.
- Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
