Sally Lunn for Bread Machines

This is our family's favorite light white slightly sweet bread.

• Serves: 4
• Yields: 1 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup  warm milk
• 1  large egg
• 3  tablespoons butter
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
• 3  cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan according to the manufacturer's suggestions.
2. Select sweet bread setting, light crust.
