Salisbury Steak and Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can French onion soup
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
Directions
- Combine 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. Brown on both sides and remove from pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients in pan. Stir together. Return patties to pan and cover.
- Cook on low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw. Heat until hot and gravy is bubbly. Serve with mashed potatoes.
