Salisbury Meat Balls

Cheap and easy! Serve over egg noodles if desired and with a big salad!

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1  lb ground beef
  • 1  medium onion, chopped
  • 4  pieces  toast, crumbled
  • 1  egg
  • 1  teaspoon  Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  •  water (two soup cans worth)
  •  milk (one soup can worth)

Directions

  1. Mix hamburger with egg, seasoning, and bread crumbs.
  2. Make into meatballs - size doesn't matter, just whatever you like.
  3. Fry them in a skillet until brown on all sides.
  4. Meanwhile, in another pan, add mushroom soup, water, and milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Add meatballs and all drippings from pan to the soup mix.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Let it simmer for approx 45 minute.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
