Salata (Greek Salad)

Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, unpeeled
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 25 kalamata olives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Slice cucumber in half lengthwise, then chop into 1/2" cubes.
- Cut green pepper in half, remove seeds and chop into 1/2"cubes.
- Place in large mixing bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients. Toss gently.
