Salami, Onions and Eggs

Easy omelette. Nice for lunch or a light dinner.

Serves: 1

Yields: 1 omelette

Ingredients

  • 2  eggs
  • 14  of a sliced  white onion
  • 1  dash pepper
  • 1  dash salt
  •  water, a little for each egg
  •  margarine (for frying) or   oil (for frying)
  • 4 -5  slices  kosher salami (thin slices)

Directions

  1. In an omelette pan fry onions lightly or until transparent.
  2. Add salami.
  3. Fry on one side, not too long.
  4. Flip over.
  5. Beat eggs with water.
  6. Put in pan.Cook until done. Should not be runny.
  7. Can flip omelette out or fold.
  8. Enjoy.
