- In an omelette pan fry onions lightly or until transparent.
- Add salami.
- Fry on one side, not too long.
- Flip over.
- Beat eggs with water.
- Put in pan.Cook until done. Should not be runny.
- Can flip omelette out or fold.
- Enjoy.
