Salami Firecrackers

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb genoa salami, sliced to roll easily
Filling
- 1 eight-ounce package cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup onion, of your choice chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons hot horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Mix all filling ingredients well.
- Spread a thin layer of filling on each slice of salami, then roll the slice into a tube.
- Stack in layers, with wax paper between layers, and refrigerate. The flavors are best after several hours of refrigeration.
