Salad Burgers

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup unpared cucumber, sliced paper thin
Directions
- Mix vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together.
- Stir in vegetables.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
- Drain well, and serve on hamburgers.
