Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 3 teaspoons sage
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash allspice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- This is best after it's chilled a while.
- It can also be frozen.
- To fry, make patties and cook about 6 minutes per side on med-hi heat.
