Sagebrush Chili With Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 quart tomatoes, wedges
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 large cayenne chili, roasted seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried sage
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
