Sage and Onion Sauce for Pork

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons finely choped onions
- 4 tablespoons water
- salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs, toasted
- 1⁄2 cup stock (any)
Directions
- Simmer sage and onions in water for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and toasted breadcrumbs. Stir well and add stock. Bring to a boil and simmer; covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
