Ingredients
- 1 red chili pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 red onion, cut into chunks
- 180 g pumpkin, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 40 g feta cheese
- healthy salad leaves
- black pepper
- 1 lemon
- fresh basil
Directions
- Phase 1 - Pre-heat the oven to 220°C.
- Step 2 - Combine the chili peppers, red red onion, zucchini and pumpkin onto a cooking plate covered with cooking paper and throw with the nutmeg and olive oil.
