Ingredients

• 1  red chili pepper, cut into chunks
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 1⁄2 red onion, cut into chunks
• 180  g pumpkin, cut into chunks
• 1  zucchini, chopped
• 1  pinch nutmeg
• 40  g feta cheese
•  healthy  salad leaves
•  black pepper
• 1  lemon
•  fresh basil

Directions

1. Phase 1 - Pre-heat the oven to 220°C.
