Running Creek Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 56 ounces catsup
- 24 ounces chili sauce
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon frank louisiana hot sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 lb brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and simmer all day or until onions and peppers are tender stirring frequently.
- The longer the better.
