Rum Toffee Goat Milk Fudge

Simple delicious creamy fudge using goat’s milk

Ingredients

  • 3  cups sugar
  • 12 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 14 cups  goat's milk
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1  teaspoon  rum extract
  • 1  cup  toffee pieces

Directions

  1. Combine, sugar corn syrup, and goat milk in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium high heat, stirring often.
  3. Gently boil mixture until it reaches the softball stage.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add butter extract, Toffee bits, and butter.
  6. Beat by hand until mixture is thick.
  7. Pour into a generously buttered 8x8 inch pan.
