Rum Spiked Watermelon Shooter

Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut rum
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
- With the back of a large spoon, press the watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, extracting all of the watermelon juice and discarding pulp.
- Add rum, honey and salt and stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately in shot glasses or refrigerate up to 3 days.
