Ruby's Wings

These wings are by my sister every Sunday during football season. The guys can get enough of them! They are sweet and savory. Adding hot sauce gives them just the right kick if you want it! Its a lot of in and out of the oven but we find it gives the girls something to do during the game =) Enjoy! Go Ravens! Show more

  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. spread the chicken wings out on a cookie sheet.
  3. spice one side of wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other favorite spices.
  4. put in oven for 18 minute.
  5. (this is a good time to bring the men a beer =).
  6. flip wings over and spice the other side.
  7. put back into the over for 18 minute.
  8. combine honey, ketchup, margarine and hot sauce to make the sauce.
  9. pour half the sauce over one side of the wings.
  10. put back into the oven for 12 minute.
  11. (now get yourself a beer).
  12. flip wings and pour remaining sauce over wings.
  13. put back into the oven for 12 minute.
  14. serve in a bowl with lots of paper towels on the side.
  15. ENJOY!
