  1. Combine ingredients and marinate in a one gallon freezer bag overnight. Heat 2 T. of peanut oil to medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet and sear all sides of the tenderloin. Transfer the skillet to a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes (or until 145 degrees internal temperature). Remove from the oven, tent with foil for 15 minutes, and serve.
