  1. Cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done. Place on serving plates.
  2. Combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet. Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet. Stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk. Stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes. Pour over steaks.
