Round Steaks With Vegetables

Ingredients
- 12 new potatoes, sliced
- 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 4 (4 ounce) round steaks
Directions
- Cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done. Place on serving plates.
- Combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet. Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain; set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk. Stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes. Pour over steaks.
