Similar to a bellini this uses strawberry in place of the peach, like a kiss of early summer!

Ingredients

  • 1  ounce strawberry, puree
  • 3  ounces  chilled  prosecco
  • 1  fresh strawberry, sliced, to garnish

  1. Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass, and top with prosecco.
  2. Garnish glass with fresh strawberry.
